Alexander Vogel, Jeff Schwartz and Tom Steck (collectively known as Dot Dot Dot) are back with another release on Redline Park. Recorded on December 23 in 2009, the aptly titled The Night Before the Night Before Christmas highlights saxman Vogel’s dynamism and impressive vocabulary of alternate techniques while Steck and Schwartz provide the subtle rhythmic fabric for another stellar arras.
